PROMOTION OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY
What is this Promotion about?

Exclusive 15% discount capped at Php500 to all local and global accommodations offered on the Travel Credits platform to qualifying customers of Maybank M2U users. 

Who can qualify in this promotion?

This promotion is open to Philippine residents at the time of entry, aged 18 years old and above, who remain Philippine residents for the duration of the promotional period.

Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

Any employee of the Organizer and Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.

How do I participate in this promotion?

From December 1, 2025 to January 31 2026, simply complete at least one (1) of the qualifying transactions in the table below within the promo period.


Upon successful completion, a confirmation SMS will be sent with your Unique Username and PIN and details on how to claim your discount.

May I participate in this promotion more than once?

Yes. An Entrant can participate in the promotion within the promotional period as many times as they wish.

Can I receive multiple Usernames and PINs?

Yes. It is possible to have multiple Usernames and PINs. Multiple qualifying transactions qualifies the entrant to multiple unique Usernames and PINs. For example, if an entrant qualifies for 2 qualifying transactions, then the entrant is entitled to 2 Unique Username and PIN which gives access to 2 x different 15% discount.

When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion begins at 12:00am (local time) on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on January 31, 2026.

When does the Travel Credits Code Validity start and end?

The Promotion begins at 12:00am (local time) on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on Jan 31, 2027.

Travel Period: Can I reserve a hotel booking for the year 2028?

The Booking Period only allows entrants only to reserve an accommodation that is from any time between December 1, 2025 until July 31, 2027.

Can the Rewards be redeemed for cash?

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Are the Rewards transferrable or stackable to different Username and Pin accounts?

Rewards are non-transferable and non-stackable.

How do I redeem my Travel Credits?

Once you have successfully qualified by completing at least 1 (one) of the qualifying transactions, Official Maybank SMS will send you your login credentials: Unique Username and Pin including a picture of the URL.

Entrants must type out the URL https://en-ph.travelcredits.com onto their web browser and input their Unique Username and Pin.

i. Browse the different local and global travel accommodations. When ready book the accommodation within the Booking Period (Jan 31 2027) on the Travel Credits platform.
ii. The discount will automatically apply to all eligible bookings via the platform.
iii. Discounts are valid for multiple bookings capped at Php500 - claim early to enjoy the full validity period

What happens if I have misplaced my login credentials for the Booking platform? Can I request for new one?

You can retrieve your login credentials anytime by accessing the Qualifying SMS.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email to the registered email. 

How will I know if my payment is successful?

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email to the registered email.

How do I cancel or amend my booking?

To cancel or amend your booking, simply login to the Booking platform with your login credentials, go to ‘View Bookings’, read the ‘Important Information’ under Your Documents and refer to the Hotel Cancellation Policy, to find out if there are penalties or charges for cancellation outside of the allocated timeline, or if it is a non-refundable booking. If you would still like to proceed to cancellation, click on ‘cancel/amend booking’.

Until when can I use my Username and Pin and access the Travel Credits Platform?

Access to the Travel Credits platform to book hotels expires on Jan 31, 2027.
